Each day you rise is a new day. If you think of it as such, it will have much improvement. What I clearly see happening is that you start each day bringing yesterday into it. Rather than leave yesterday behind, you drag it forward into the next and into the next.
If you begin each day as if it were truly a new beginning, it would be. You bring your past with you. It is your choice; always your choice.
Let the past go now and begin today and tomorrow and the next day as brand new - because they are!
