What is poverty? you ask. It is the state of mind of lack. It is not knowing who you are and who you are connected with in the scheme of things. Those that know they are one with Divinity and Divine Source know that the supply is infinite and their deservingness will allow and accept infinite supply. Those that experience lack are lacking something within themselves. They lack an inner knowingness of who they really are and how powerful they truly are and that there is nothing that is withheld from them intentionally by Divinity.
It is of their own doing that they are impoverished. I have kept nothing from them. You are all my children and a part of me and I love you all dearly. I no more want to deprive you of your good than I want to deprive myself. Why do you feel I deprive you? Why do you feel I provide for some and not others? I do not. Each individual’s state of affairs are of their own doing. They live their life as they see fit and not sometimes how I would prefer or what would prove to be prosperously. Why do you suppose that I deny you want you want? I do not. Why do you feel it is under my control to deny or provide to you?
It is on a grander scheme of things but not in the everyday dealings of mankind. You control that and what you have or don’t have is of your own making. You may have come into this life with lessons to learn and chose a life of impoverishment to learn humility. Or you may have chosen another path that serves you better. It is up to you. Purely up to you.
I work with each and every one of you at the level at which you meet me and greet me. When it comes to us, it is your relationship to me that dictates much of what you have and that is where you have control, not I. You see, I set the rules a long time ago. It is up to you to adhere to them or not. Therefore, I don’t pick someone out of the crowd and say, “give them a million dollars today” and, “no, don’t give it to them”.
What I decided a long time ago was to set up the rules, the game so to speak and I gave you all, each and every one of you free reign to play the rules the way you like or the way I proposed. Many of you adhered to my rules, the basic rules set down before you arrived here and there are others who thought they knew better and liked to play by their rules better.
They are not easy rules; they are not hard rules. They are just the rules of the game. Now for your part. You can play by my rules or not. They are the rules of the game and if you want to play in my game, you play with my rules.
What people don’t see is that they perceive the rules don’t work all the time in their best interest so they think they can bend the rules and make up their own rules and decide to do things man’s way. Well look at where man’s way has gotten you. The country and most of its inhabitants are broke. Why are they broke?They are broke because they are spiritually broke. If they served their spiritual side, they would be much richer and not just in the pocket book.
What I come to say to you is this. Should you want to change your impoverishment, look to me for the answers. Don’t accuse me of playing favoritism. If you wish more money, then more money will come your way if you serve me first and your bank account second.
Treat yourself as the child of mine that you are and serve me and serve me well. By seeking me first, I shall provide like no other. No court system, no business enterprise, no opportunity can serve you like I can. Why? Because I am the creator of all, including you; including money. Money comes to you because I came to you first.
Get your priorities straight and I will straighten out your finances if you come to me for help.
Now for those religious, spiritual-minded people who say they believe in me and are worshiping me and abiding by my rules, etc. etc.. you too listen up. Just because you believe in me does not mean you believe in yourself. Believing in me is one thing and that is important. I am important. But unless you know who you truly are, you don’t recognize the I am within you. Without that you lack a significant part of your acceptance of me and your knowing who you are. If you don’t know who you are, how can you manifest anything to the level of which you are truly capable?
Until you know who you are fully, you cannot manifest anything to the degree prosperity is available to you. Your level of prosperity is often linked to your level of self worth.
Now on the other hand, there are those who have great abundance of money and know nothing of me or say they know me or propose to believe in me but really have no relationship to me. But their relationship to money abounds. Their relationship to money demonstrates a profound belief in themselves and their deservedness. They, on the other hand, may have acquired their money, their wealth through manipulation - man’s way. They have acquired great weatlh because of their use of others, because of working a system they found works for them but serves no other but their almighty commitment to the dollar.
They still lack knowing who they are so they are still impoverished. Money doesn’t make someone prosperous. It may make them wealthy but it may not make them prosperous. True prosperity is when someone has it all and has it all in balance. Many of you have very little in balance. Until you balance yourselves from within, you will not have balance from without.
